Weather conditions in Garland are varied throughout the year, but arguably the most extreme season is the summer. With high temperatures and humidity, outdoor conditions can quickly reach sweltering levels. Average daily highs reach about 96 in July and August, although triple digit temperatures are also entirely possible. The right central air conditioner is a necessity to stay safe throughout the season. Winters in Garland are quite comfortable compared to other parts of the U.S. Average daily highs in January reach into the upper-50s, but overnight lows can fall into the 30s or even lower.
