About Euless, TX - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Euless, Texas is part of the Mid-Cities area located between Dallas and Fort Worth. Incorporated in 1953, the city has grown to a population of nearly 55,000 residents. The community is named for Elisha Adam Euless, a Tennessee native who moved to the area and purchased the city’s original 170 acres. Euless is a diverse area and includes the largest concentration of Tongans outside the country of Tonga. The many economic opportunities in the city is one reason the community has seen such growth, and in addition to local government, top employers include LSG Sky Chefs, Autogrill Group, and Beall Concrete.

Euless residents have many amenities at their fingertips. The city is home to 632 acres of outdoor recreational space, including 31 athletic fields, 17 parks, 5 community buildings, and 2 swimming pools. The Texas Star Golf Course and Westdale Hills Golf Course are both located here, and shopping is available at Euless Town Center or the Shops at Vineyard Village. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants within the city limits, such as Saviano’s Italian Kitchen, Thai Papaya Garden, and Rosa’s Café and Tortilla Factory.

The Euless area is part of a humid subtropical climate zone, which is characteristic of the U.S. Southern Plains. Summers here are very hot with high humidity. Average temperatures in July and August reach into the mid-90s, with an all-time high of 113 degrees Fahrenheit. The right central air conditioner is a necessity to keep indoor conditions comfortable, and investing in an Energy Star system can also save you money on monthly utility costs. Plus, by keeping your doors closed and windows shut, you’ll actually improve your home’s security.

While winters in the region are mild compared to other parts of the U.S., residents should still be prepared with a heating system at home. Overnight lows can fall below freezing, so residents who do not have a heat pump will need a gas or electric furnace. This way, conditions will stay comfortable land consistent throughout the season.
